Anita has been Ransom’s Assistant now for six years and is like a third daughter to us. Her hard work and great attitude make it a pleasure to work with her. She has a wealth of experience in many areas from working at a salmon canning factory in Alaska to helping a taxidermist mount big game. Being multi-talented makes it possible for her to do pretty much anything from formatting an article on our website to making killer potato leek soup for guests. Her experience in the arts has meant that any decisions having to do with hospitality or atmosphere blossoms into beauty under her hand. She grew up in Kent, Washington, and likes nothing better than a vacation of backpacking into the mountains. She is the proud owner of Honeysuckle, the famous angora rabbit who has a talent for severing computer power cords in one second of unsupervised play.
